Matt and I have a lot going on in our lives right now and would love to share with you all the excitement! As many of you know, we have been trying to have children since we were first married. Many many months of waiting, hoping, testing, prayers, and challenges have followed. As tough & discouraging as it has been at times, we have been grateful for the trial, and have grown closer together than we possibly could have otherwise. We have continued to explore options of how to bring children into our home. About two years ago we tried in-vitro fertilization, but it was unsuccessful for us. We are VERY excited the Lord has now led us to receiving the gift of a child into our home through adoption. We know personally that adopting a child can and will work in our family and look forward to when we are chosen.
I know this is tacky but if you know of a birth mother who is unable to raise their child, please contact us. We are definitely encouraged to do our part in this process of adoption. So, thank you in advance for this support!!
In addition to this, Matt has decided to head back to school to get his MBA. We are not sure where he will pursue his education, but he has applied to BYU, UCI and Pepperdine. We'll keep you posted on this as he hopes to start this Fall!! Yahoo!!

Yeah- I am so excited about the adoption news!!! I think this is great! I will keep my ears open if I hear of anything. Also, that is so awesome that Matt is going back to school. Way to go Matt! Glad you have a blog and keep us all posted. Love you guys!!!
