She's Eating Big-Girl Food...crazy!

Well, Seni is 5 months old and we have started her a 1 tsp of rice cereal to get the hang of eating from a spoon! She did so great! She seems to have picked up the idea...yeah! Ugh for me though....she is a messy eater...as children are...I'm just going to have to give up my OCD with cleanliness NOW! Here are some fun pics

Controversial?

Well, we decided to pierce Seni's ears last Monday...I know she is already adorable...but she looks VERY cute with earrings. My cousin did it with all of their girls and things worked out okay. If you do it before they are 4 months old (before they know they have ears...), is a good time to do it. By the time they figure out they have ears....there's nothing new with regards to having a stud in your ear. So, we'll see! On another note...Seni will be 5 months old tomorrow!! Yeah...she will start eating cereal, fruit and veggies! Yummy!!! Here are some fun pictures of her for the month.

It's Been A While!

Wow! It has been over a month... Thank you so much for all of your prayers...thus far, the tribe has approved the adoption and the first round of paperwork has been submitted and approved in court. Now we are preparing to officially adopt Seneca and hope to do this at the end of February or beginning of March. We will be finalizing her adoption here in Utah as this will be easier for Matt's school schedule. In the meantime, we're also in the process of enrolling Seneca in her tribe. So, please continue to keep us as well as those involved in this process in your prayers. Thank you!! Matt, Seneca and I went to California to celebrate Christmas with my family...here are some fun pictures documenting these memories!
