Our Road-Trip Home

We had such a great time this summer in Philadelphia! We were able to explore so much and meet so many wonderful people! Here are some pictures documenting our trip home. Our first stop was to Harbor Springs, Michigan. This is where Seneca's tribe was hosting their annual pow-wow! This was such an amazing experience for us! Seneca belongs to the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians. Here are some amazing pictures of the regalia.
Seneca's casino!
Our sleeping baby...
We gratefully stopped in Rochester, Minnesota to stay with Matt's cousin Eric and their family. This was a very nice stop before heading to Mount Rushmore. Thanks Bryans!
...then to Crazy Horse
....Yellowstone
Seneca had a hard time sleeping in the car. So, to get her to fall asleep we put up a blanket so she wouldn't be able to see us...well...she is very smart!
She figured how to pull the blanket up...:)
A view from our hotel in Alpine, just south of Jackson Hole
Yummy raspberry shake at Bear Lake
Beautiful shot of us up Ogden Canyon...we're almost home...
We made it home....this is how she sleeps in her crib. So cute!

Small world, we used to live in Rochester, MN when we were in grad school. We have lots of friends there and Mike's sister Ann lives there. I wonder if they know Matt's cousin Eric. (John and Ann Eberhard--Rochester 4th ward.)
